The Dynamite Girls at the Canadian Swing Championships 2010
Coached by the team's founder and choreographer Natalia Rueda, our all-girl team performed a Broadway-style number to a medley of Cole Porter songs from the film Delovely, earning a silver medal for the second time at the Canadian Swing Championships!
The D-Boyz at the Canadian Swing Championships 2010
Under the direction of founder and choreographer Byron Alley, the D-Boyz all-guy team performed an acrobatic Charleston and cane routine at the Canadian Swing Championships in 2010 and brought home the bronze, ahead of many teams trained by Canada's other leading swing dance schools!
TNTeam at the Canadian Swing Championships - May 2007
The Swing Dynamite TNTeam competing at the Canadian Swing Championships (CSC) in 2007. This was the team's very first competition, and they placed 5th out of a dozen experienced teams! Choreographed and coached by Byron Alley and Natalia Rueda. The dancers are, in order from left to right at the beginning of the video: Simon Grant & Sophie Duchesne, Travis Matte & Tamara Mervin, Olivier Henchiri & Gabrielle Desmarais, Jean-François Harbour & Helena Forbes, Bryan Larsen & Nardia Tonge, and Byron Alley & Jenna Bennett. The Canadian Swing Championships (CSC) are Canada's biggest swing competition and one of the most popular swing dance events in Canada, held every Victoria Day weekend just outside of Montreal.

The Westie Bombers at Swing Niagara
Our West Coast Swing team took 1st place at this competition in Buffalo, NY! Choreographers were Andre Danis and Maria Ford. Team members performing were: Scott Piffard, Sari Zelenietz, Rafeek Rahamut, Julie O'Brien, Donnie Neron, Daniela Bajtos, David Ward, Daria Mikloukhina.

On Top of the CN Tower
The CN Tower has an area at the top with a glass floor, from which you can see Toronto far below! We were there with a group of swing dancers and we decided it would be fun to try some aerials! The dancers are Byron Alley and Natalia Rueda.
The Team Challenge - Dec. 2006
This was the beginning of Swing Dynamite's TNTeam. Choreographed and coached by Byron Alley and Natalia Rueda. We recruited some dancers by audition for a blitz of only a few weeks to learn a new routine to fast music! This performance was at the OSDS weekly dance on Friday, Dec. 15th, 2007. The dancers are Travis Matte & Jenna Bennett, Byron Alley & Natalia Rueda, and Simon Grant & Nardia Tonge.
